Ship Structural Strength Calculation Engineer

Available position for permanent employment.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Ship structural calculations, analysis and verfication

• Structural design reports

• Ship classification drawings

• Engineering check of design and drawings

• Weight estimates

Qualifications:

• Master or bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering

• Experience with structural calculations of ship constructions

• Good knowledge of class requirements and ship standards

• Practical experience from ship construction and shipbuilding

• Fluent in English

Personal qualities:

• Ability to work in teams and independently

• High level technical understanding

• Accurate, systematic and efficient

• Good communication and cooperation skills
